Bible Reading
Does God actually exist? Is he real? What if he is just a product of my imagination? After all, I have never seen him. I have never heard his audible voice nor felt his hand on my shoulder. Perhaps, he is just the way I have decided to cope with my troubles, just as others pick their own ways to deal with life’s difficulties.
If everyone has an equal right to believe what they want, and all theories are plausible, how do I know which one to choose? If there is indeed a true god, where is he and how do I meet him?
The Bible is an extraordinary book. On one hand, it looks like any other book, with pages and words written over them. It presents a plot, it tells a story. On the other hand, it is unique and supernatural. For those who read it with humility and a desire to enjoy its treasures, this book becomes alive. Its written words speak to the heart of man like no other book. Its pages unveil the majesty of the otherwise invisible God. This book opens up heaven and strikes the soul of dry, dead bones to grant them life. It illuminates the utter darkness of miserable beings to allow them to see what their natural eyes are blind to perceive. This book unblocks deaf ears so they can hear the omnipotent command of their Creator who summons them into existence.
This book contains the message that the only true God wants his creatures to know, understand and believe. This book reveals God and awakens our spiritual senses so we are able to see, hear and feel him. Whoever comes to this book with a genuine spiritual thirst will meet the eternal God and will be satisfied with real hope, peace, joy and life in him.
We invite you to join us in reading this book, the Bible, regularly and consistently. Here are some resources that will help you treasure the word of God.
